Yes, you can definitely upload older works! We might not approve everything at once and try to spread it over time, and you perhaps want to stick to your best/relevant works only, but if there are things from the past which you'd like to share we'd love to see them :)
its a really good design but the contrast feels a bit off
there are two shades of green that is almost the same shade and brightness right on top of each other, just something to be mindful about
and for as the question you ask it should be fine as long as it is pixel art and follows the submission rules
