Since you asked for critique: The second darkest color in the green ramp seems out of place, it has lower saturation than the dark one, I would switch taht around. Also the ramps are quite linear, perhaps the brown/red hair could have the same darker colors as the purple, making the colors look more interesting. At last all 3 colors have the same kind of saturation in the middle, having one stick out more than the other could make the work more interesting too!

Thanks! At first I'm more like second version, without outlines. But I see my work now and version with outlines looks more properly, to be honest.
