The places where you've tried to apply anti-aliasing are thicker than the normal line width. I've done a quick example, keeping to the 3 colours, of how I think the AA should be: Click here I've made it so that line width is taken into consideration. Have a look at this little diagram I made: here I hope this illustrates the idea of anti-aliasing. That diagram uses a lot of colours, but the principle is the same. When you simply add a shade to the edges of a line what you're doing is making it thicker. I hope you find this useful.
