I tried to do an effect of fluorescent algae on the water, but maybe it was too much :D
Oh wow! It's so beautiful. The lighthouse is just outstanding, I can feel how far it is, what a nice feeling you've create.
But.
Those blue dots ruin pretty much all the picture you should rework it properly, because it is too damn bright blue. IMHO. I can't even give any proper advice, just do it, man. Because I'm sure you can.
