The Tesla Man is a more classic take on the electricity family and having similar work assignments such as controlling electricity levels in factories. He is a excentrique character and always ready for new assignments, he can be quite sloppy and miss simple mistakes
Tesla Man was not manufactured with specific offensive weapons but can easily conjure up electricity at will, but its quite unstable. This unit was made to charge up a lot of voltage but directing it without assistance has always been a bit tricky.
