I love the style in this. Reminds me of NES games with the way you've done th foam on the water. The silhouette looks like you probably went to trouble to make it accurate. The flag is cool. And the sky looks great. One thing I don't get is that darkish lump in the sky in front of the building-ish part of the ship. If it's cloud, be more consistent with them, and if it's the sun, well... :P
