*sings* strike a pose.... is it me or is she wearing a full body fishnet stocking? Hehe. I like it. Not sure on the yellow and grey colour scheme (but thats my personal taste)
The skirt & top texture is amazing! I also like the shading showing the creases in the shoes.
My biggest crit. is that the hands don't really look right to me (but I empathise, I sometimes find hands a pain in the back). I think the best way to get smooth looking hands is to do some really intense anti-aliasing on the edges/lines so that they feel less rigid.
About the face, perhaps I'd remove that horizontal line at the top of the nose. And I messed around with the mouth and I definitely preferred it smaller.
