Thanks for the feedback, I'll keep that in mind. I agree about the color count. I tried using an adjustment layer to get the cold shades, but I added a lot of redundant colors this way.

Nice scene, but way too many colors. This could be done with 16-18 colors and still look identical. Also, it's bad form to mix hard dithers with subtle color variations. Either few colors and dither, or many colors and no (apparent) dither. 

Gotcha. I think it would have looked more intentional if the clusters were more than 1x1. But that's just my opinion! Piece looks great.

They were intentional, and supposed to be flowers. In hindisght I could maybe scattered more of them around, or made them less eye catching.
