I don't think it's just the branches; I wouldn't have thought to put in those subtle knots at the base of the trunk and it really brings it to life.

Hi ^-^ You're right, the torso is a bit short. I think the neck looks longer because there isn't any clothing there, a little more skin from the transition to the shoulder showing than is usual. Thankyou for the tree lol, imo most of the character of a tree is in the branches; if the branches are readable then you're fine. Same concept as "where there's smoke, there's fire", but like, branches and tree trunks :I

Hello again! The tree, foreground persons' face, the sitting persons' legs, and the gun read very well considering the colour budget. I feel like the foreground persons' neck / back of the head is a bit long, and the person sitting by the tree might have a very slightly short torso. Dat tree doe; I can't draw a convincing tree no matter how many colours I use and you go and draw a great one with just 2!
