Nice work, just don't like her "Underwar" lines [edges]. The shading is done in a way that just doesnt fit that body, but I like most of you're work. 4/5.

Maybe try outlining the panties very lightly.. The outline should change it's brightness depending on where the shadow is... but that's a big maybe. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

(what boder said about the dithering here)

and try getting more fleshtones so it spreads nicely from color to color.. the hair looks pretty good for the most part.. her feet are cute.

The panties look flat. They need some small wrinkles and a drop shadow.
Also dithering usually makes a piece look like it has smooth gradients, here it looks more like banding. Try to have different dithering patterns (dense to sparse) to make smooth transitions.

Her panties wasn't done well, it looks painted on and it looks jagged (might not the choice of words) There are other things I see bad but I dont know how to explain it for I am bad with words
