Amazing pallette, but I'm slightly miffed by the composition...

Anyway, any other Tipiters about PJ? 4/5

WOW, that's a lot better than most stuff made with 5x the colour count, so good job mate! I love the reflections

The head reminds me of Faust's paper bag. ;P

Fantastic composition. I do find some of the jaggies distracting.

Killer style, reminds me of Neuromancer-related/cyberpunk art, which is always a good thing (it means your piece is hard to make sense of but awesome at the same time).

Big Brother is right, I had to do the best I could with this. I probably would've bumped it to around 10 colors otherwise for the AA and more depth had I the option. I may do that sometime to really make it finsihed outside the realm of the Pallete Worekshop. Your crits are very valid, Crabselout, I'm glad to have them, much appreciated.

Larwick likes my piece and faves it? Sweet!  Also thanks to blueberry pie.

The colors were part of a restricted palette challenge over at the Opolis of the Pixel. They were not chosen, so it's not really fair to evaluate this piece based on the colors themselves, but rather the usage of them.

looking nice. The colours are interesting, although, to me, they still seem to be missing this
"oomph" that brings them from interesting to delicious. You seem headed in the right direction. The contrast might be a bit much between some of the shades

I would suggest you work on your AA more, all the jaggies on this really bring the piece down. AA it to the BG more, works with the pixels on its leg so that less jagged lines must be use and AA what remains.

I'm pretty confused about the bottom right of this. I can't figure out quite what I'm looking at.

Last thing is not everything part of the picture has to use every single colours you've got in there. You can achieve a better feel of depth by limiting certain higher range colours to forground parts, and limiting the darker ranges for background parts. As your piece currently is, it feels like every single part is grabbing our eyes at the same time. I find this distraction brings the piece down and shows that there was a lack of planning.

My favourite out of all the submissions of wisecracking robo pirates... It really is great. There are a few jaggy lines though, such as on the closest arm. The hook has to be my favourite part. +fav
