Her skin tone is kind of red-ish, that's probably why you think it looks burned in the darker shades and what do you mean by "cut-and-paste movement"?? Hahaha chanfan is all about fan-service =P

oh my. Pixel-art wise I think your flesh palette goes into too burned shades as it gets darker. Personally really not a big fan of the cut-and-paste movement here, also, I'd suggest less fan-service, but that's just a style crit that you can disregard at your leasure.

I personally think the animation for the boobs could use for a compromise between the first and the second, because the first looks too exaggerated and the second looks like she has boobs of steel. And maybe add one more shade on the hair to make it look nicer, just for pure cosmetics. Other than that though, I think every guy on pixeljoint is going to want to play your game with the types of characters involved in it.

The lightest highlight is white. These are very shiny boobies.

You should totally give her a messenger bag. She could use it as a weapon and every time she hits, a few letters fly out. Her special move could be a "stamp" and her projectile could be pepper spray. Such potential.
