Great stuff! I'd recommend on adding more difference to each color, especially the little mist around the sky so they're more noticeable.

It's cool, though the hands and feet should be much bigger to be in proportion to the rest of the body.

Nice job!  I noticed that the dithering really adds to the piece. A lot of times it can be overused (I'm guilty of that for sure) and end up detracting, but you used it really well in conjunction with your nice cool palette!  I also appreciate your Anti-Aliasing.  It's not always easy, but you did a good job trying to get rid of the jaggies while still preserving your lineart.  I love lineart, but it can be overbearing and make an otherwise good piece suffer when it's too bold.  There's a point that it can even cease being pixel art if the lineart becomes too prevalent in a piece.  But you did it very well!  

The framing is also a real nice touch!  Great work all around.  I can't wait to see your next piece.
