gods? no no, Babi Ngepet is mythological/folklore creature for Indonesia.

there are two version about this creature
1. a human with the ability to shapeshift into pig via black magic (but he/she need  assistance to keep candle, or shapeshift failed).
2. a boar demon who posses a human.
 
no, they not brutish or even orc who love destroy anything or raep a elf. they just "thief"
