I agree with Gecimen about the outlines. Otherwise pretty cool piece!

lighting is ambiguous
shopkeeper needs to be brighter than background.

I think Gecimen may be right though. on twitter you had a dark color as a backdrop and I think that would work better here too

The selective outlining doesn't do good in this piece. Perhaps outlining the whole thing with a dark color or removing those dark pixels will do much better.
So dope, I love this one! Did you design it on an ultra-crisp, bright display? It looks a little dark.
