These are pretty good. There are a few jaggies that could definitely be smoothed out and a few stray pixels but, over all, your placement of color creates nice form. It could benefit from some hue shifting in the palette, too. Hue shifting will help your colors and character POP instead of just being left flat. You've got the right idea and I hope to see more of these awesome characters!
