I will try to explain it briefly:
Both arms seem to be short, especially his right arm. The general area around the right armpit is very wide and does not seem to have a well-defined shape.
Left hand and arm have an impossible angle if you consider how the joints work. Looks like it is bending towards the back of the body. And again, the upper arm is way too short. The right hand looks good though.
Very nice work on the face and the hair! The dithering is pretty cool too.
