Looks like Cannes! Great job! I love the water color and fluffy clouds. The tide line is excellent. What inspired you to render at this small size? 21 colors in a 32x32 pixel canvas seems like a lot... BUT; I know artists tend to get a lot of flak for using a large palette in such a small space, but I can't help but be happy with how smooth you got it. I'm sure that's what helps with the readability of how much detail you included. Great work! I hope you make more of these and I look forward to your next submission! 
It is for a challenge on a discord server with a size restriction. I didn't want to compromise anything by setting an arbitrary color limit (also I didn't want to spend too much time pruning colors since it was suppose to be a quick thing
