It looks okay to me. I think her right forearm is a little more horizontal than it looks. Her elbow is more behind her which is how her right hand is able to have that angle. That's just how I saw it, though. flotia might have a different story. I'm guessing that the dark background could be messing with readability. That could probably be improved. It probably doesn't need to be lightened too awfully much, but I dunno if I'd leave it so close to black. Great character work though, floita. Keep it up! 
Nice work on your character! Only thing that I can pick on is that the angle she's holding the gun is not realistic - the handles/stock should be facing more towards her and hidden from our view
