Looks cool.  I suggest you look into antialiasing. That will really help bring out the shine in your neon sign there.

That's my kinda place!   Nice job and really great atmosphere. It might be able to be cleaned up a little in the background.  The turquoise awning and skyscraper have an aura of unfinished-ness.  But I'm more interested in the sign and surrounding building and I doubt anyone else is going to obsess much over it either.  How many colors did you use and how long did it take?
