Oh, I see what you mean, but in this case, all the designs i'm uploading are for enemies only. The original idea is to have just one hero. Having more than one hero it's aiming too high, at least in the initial stage of development.
The main character is going to feature a lot of animations and attacks, depending on the weapon, and magick abilities learned, that involves a lot of spriting. Having another hero means a lot more of work to be done.
Even just for enemies, i will need help to produce all the animations required.
Now, a marshall or an apache (as enemies), that is more 'easy' to add.
Well, everybody loves a gunslinger, so maybe a guns blazing style peace keeper marshall. Maybe a native american/apache/half breed, too. It's nice to have options when choosing hero characters, so I'd say more is better, but at least 3 if possible. Maybe even an Annie Okaly sharpshooter type. I love westerns so I could go on and on, but I'll stop there. Whatever you do, keep the pixels coming!
Thak you, DexRunner. Realistic coloring/shading is something i strive for, at least to some extent. Of course, i don't always get good results xD
At this moment, Loco is the only cowboy in the game. I'm just beginning to work on enemy ideas and design. One more cowboy character would not hurt, but right now, i have no idea of what his look could be. Any ideas are welcomed.
iOlé! Nice job and great use of realistic coloring. It reminds me of the 32bit video game console systems that used claymation and stop motion for their characters. Are there more cowboy characters like Loco?
Thank you!
