Yeah I know. I unfortunately I lost the original actual pixel art and had to get this from my profile pic which was in jpeg format :(. I wanted to have this as my avatar mainly as I mentioned. I will go back and redo it when I find the time, sorry if this is breaking any rules.
I think your compression for exporting your file is off. There's over a thousand colors. You might check out the image specs for it and make sure your export settings are set right. Welcome to Pixeljoint!
