That looks way cooler! I know how it goes when programs and compression settings and things like that don't cooperate. Great job on the rework! I can't wait for your next one. 
Wow dude, i had so many missing colors on my image. Resubmitted a new one with nine colors and some changes on shadow's color tint, gave them some purplish hue.

Thanks for the feedback! Now that you mention i cant see where i've put all those colors! I'll check it out tonight and update my submission with a cleaner version!
Great job! I really like the form of your character! The issue I noticed in the image specs, though, is that many of the colors in your palette are so dark, that they are almost indistinguishable from the background. I thought that 19 colors looked like a lot for what is visible. Lightening the palette just slightly could make the character pop, while still masking him as if he's standing/emerging from the shadows. Either that or you could eliminate the darkest I cool colors completely. I hope you do more of these character pieces. Keep up the great work!
Reminds me of Gopher's theif character Leonard in his recent Let's Play of Skyrim.
