The hair is great, the specular shines in it are subtle yet light enough. I like the stripey dithering on the beard too. I guess you could anti-alias some parts, like the strong lines on the nose/side-brun etc.

The answer `cause the earhole is all black is easy: I´ve got a 14 months baby, and when I work, he wants stay with me and draw too... Because that I forgot fill it with another colour scheme. . sorry.

cool style, but hes(yours) earhole is too black in my opinion, replace it with darker skintone if you will :P
