It looks like you blurred this image after creating it, perhaps by slightly resizing it. Please upload the original, non-blurry version D:

Although it is very cute, it is hard to say for this image that it's made in accordance with pixel art (3100 unique colors is simply too much).
If you want this image to be approved in our gallery, you will have to drastically reduce the number of colors.

Anyway, welcome to PJ and try to adapt us a bit.
