Thanks! And thanks a lot for the keen eyes as well. I realize that the stray pixels are no harm but at this point its really just a personal struggle and it brings me peace of mind to have them fixed.
Looking great! I found three isolated pixels though ;D (Plus three more on the outline but I don't count that). I don't think you should worry about them though. The important thing is how this changes your approach and makes it easier to produce strong clusters. Some single pixels used for AA don't hurt at all.
