Seconding the jaggies criticism, though it's a nitpick. Another nitpick: there are a couple of stars overlapping the biggest planet.
I'm a little worried the yellow might clash with the foreground, but it's hard to tell without knowing what it looks like. If the foreground is high-cintrast, it should be fine. As a stand-alone piece, I think it looks good! I particularly like the dense swirl of stars in the middle, it really helps it look like a proper starfield and not something artificial.
Well done, I've always loved black shading on planets. If I had to give criticism it would probably be the jaggies on the planets. But other than that it's very nicely made.
