I found the ship difficult to read because parts of it blend with the sky so much, I think it would benefit from being frames a bit more by one of the slightly lighter colours of the sky in that section.

Beautiful texture and dithering work though, and I really dig the colours and general look of the figurehead. Dat green.

Very nice! Only critique is the yellow lightning bolt. it really doesn't fit with the rest being blue. Great piece.
