Welcome to PJ! Cute character. All in all, it looks pretty good and well pixeled, but I'd work on lowering your colors used. You used 42 colors, but you could probably get the same look with about 10-12 colors. It's not necessary, but it's just a general guideline of pixel art to use as few colors as possible.
