First time my art won anything! First place at Chaos Constructions demoparty last weekend. Rushed a bit at the end to submit by deadline. Might expand to widescreen and animate at some point.

ZX Spectrum (15 colors, 8x8 blocks can only have 2 colors & same level of brightness).

ZX Spectrum is such an interesting constraint to make art with...

When you make something look good with colors that shouldn't look good then it's that much more good to look at

Parker: That's a good point, I don't like that either. When I do a revision, I'll see if I can sneak the brighter colors in there without making the top edge stand out too much.

I don't like the greyish yellow line near the woman. It blurs her silhouette between her chin and breast. Overall great piece, though. Really beautiful.
