Yeah, I keep using a glow effect in Photoshop that doesn't do well with palettes

The exact colour count doesn't really matter, what matters is that you're actually using those colours effectively, that you chose them with purpose. In this case, it still looks like you have a few stray colours, probably accidentally o: it's fine to leave them, but that's something to look into and avoid for the future.
54 colors should be fine. It's probably somewhat too many still, but I believe it's acceptable.

I have revised it, I put a glow effect on the visor that messed with the colors, how do I submit a revised version?
This piece uses 155 colours, many of them used for just one pixel each. Did you accidentally save it in some lossy format, or accidentally use a lower-opacity drawing tool?
