Even though you were trying to do the minish cap style i think a change of the palette would improve the sprite a little. Take the bright green, which really doesn't go with the whole Twighlight Princess' grungy look. It's nice though, i think the cap could do with some improved shading, as it seems unfinished compared to the hair.
