I have this picture in good resolution and png. format made in aseprite. But when I upload it here, this problem appears. Can somebody explain me what I am doing wrong?
The image suffers from size reduction filtering. You need to fix this.
Try to clean blurry pixels by hand in this resolution and update the file please.
There are no filtering and blurred colors in your main image, so it is fine.
Only thing I would advise is not to scale your image up. PJ has a zoom in function in the gallery.
However your small preview image below has 815 colors. I would guess that your software applied linear interpolation during the resizing process by adding lots of in-between colors.
If you are using Photoshop, make sure to select "Nearest Neighbour (Preserve Hard Edges)" option below the resizing image window.

For other programs you might be using look for similar options like "No Filtering", "No Interpolation" or "Point Sample".
And remember to scale by factors of 2 to keep pixel sizes even.
