It's nicely done but just disappointing you can't see much of the detail on her face.

It has so many colors and yet it looks kind of undetailed. The desing is good tough

With those 30 colours, you could very easily afford to anti-alias every single pixel of this. And besides, at 100% zoom, I would have guessed this had no more than 8 colours.
