Study in both senses of the word.

This piece is sort of a "reawakening" for me, since I was under a very long pixel-art hiatus before it. I made it almost immediately after purchasing Aseprite to see what I could do, and quickly fell in love with this software.

It's also one of my largest pieces. Something I should grow into a habit...

Very nice. In a way, it reminds me the style of the Silmarils games (Ishar, transartica...) with its colorful, very contrasted, high color count rendering

One of my fav subjects: A candle lit medieval study complete with the quill and inkwell.
