My first sprite, not too good, can anyone tell me what it wrong with it. Anyway here you go.

 

Fix 1:

made the movement more fluid and bent knees more, hope it looks better.

There are alot of things that could be improved here.. for instance when he lowers his legs his knees should also be lowered and the legs should bend more. You should add some arm movement aswell. However I do like the pose!

Not bad, but the movement seems too unnatural and not the least bit comfortable, even for a zombie.
