I think this is great! I love the concept and the animation on the horse-creatures. The cracking whip, the smoke, the bouncing lanterns... amazing job.

I would advise giving the horses more defined hooves. They look more like wolf/dog feet as they are.

The horses could feel more "ghostly" though, the outlines don't work so great on them imho!
