That is a pretty looking crow! I really like how you made the lighting. And I find it funny that it looks like the crow is holding a small arm in its beak (right side looks like a hand) haha
I agree with Zanorin in that one should always try to avoid single pixels as they make a drawing look a bit noisy and they may end up losing their meaning. It would be a good exercise to try to add these those would be single pixels to bigger pixel clusters on your next work ;)

I see a lot of random pixels scattered across the crow. I think you should fix those (each pixel must be intentional in pixel art!) and resubmit :) If you're unsure how to do that, don't hesitate to ask or to post in the forum's WIP section!
