Not a real mockup - just a collection of things. Experimental tileset, a Richter Belmont sprite, HUD from a Mario project, and a skeleton referenced from Redshrike's open-source sprite - opengameart.org/content/10-basic-rpg-enemies (referenced, not copied, drawn from scratch. My tablet is broken so I can't draw my own sketches for a while.)
