Hahaha! So crazy xDD. I like that white thingy. You should improve the animation of that flames. The rest is good, maybe change the animation to make it more smooth.
Haha! I think it looks cool, although the movement is a bit weird... you'd think at that speed, Squiddy'd be moving around a bit more, with some slight background movement. Otherwise, wicked idea.
Excellent concept. Although I'd suggest adding some yellow/orange lighing on the side of him since I'd imagine those flames would be giving of quite a strong light.
