This weeks challenge remind me of my old days and the legendary 'Blue screen of death'. I am not using the word 'blue' in my piece, but this was haunting me for years. You could even play your favourite game and in the most thrilling moment this 'MONSTER' would appear!

And there is no easy way to defeat this one! :-D
