Hello there! I think your self-portrait could be improved by solving 4 different kinds of problems:

- Lightsource: the light source is a bit everywhere. On the shirt, it is from the right side. One the face, seems like it is coming from the top. On the beard, it seems like it is coming from the back (light concour around it), from the top (chin);
- Colour contrast: there are some colours that are too close to each other and don't really add much (and are ahrdly noticeable). One example are the darker browns on the chin: it is very to notice that there are actually two colors there;
- Color ramp: the skin colors could greatly benefit from some hue change;
- Banding: happens all around the beard due to the outline and the lighter brown highlight.

I am sorry about the size of the coment and please don't take me too seriously, I am nothing close to an expert in pixel art :P I hope to see more of your work (I really liked your sword and your other two animations)!
