I see, Im sorry but unfortunately that style does not fit within the acceptable guidelines. There are many pixel doubling styles that are acceptable such as the 1:2, 1:3, 2:3, 3:4 and so on. Any sort of even ratio pixel doubling such as the 2:2 one that you used are unfortunately considered upscaling. If you feel this is a topic that should be considered or debated I urge you to take this to the forum where you can talk with other artists and admins over possibly revising the gallery guideline.

This was not upscaled, it was made this was purposefully as the style. It was not upscaled, but rather manually putting 4 pixels inplace of one for aesthetic purpose.

This looks nice, however youve upscaled this piece by 2x. Pixeljoint has a built in zoom feature so that users do not have to upscale their work and viewers can zoom in to every little detail put into a piece. Please reupload a to scale version of this if you want it submited into the gallery.
