Judging by the dead trees in the background, I'd say its a cloud - but yeah, it could be fixed up. The bag looks a bit off perspective wise...

Some minor recommendation - the tree leaves on the top of the character looks a little difficult to decipher. Is it a cloud? Why isn't it connected to the tree? Also, the baggage on the floor, is that a luggage? A Grocery Bag? Some clarifications please..
