Fun design and quite well done ! Love the crab/lobster-shark and his expression. Lots of work was put into this and it shows
Going off of what Jinn said tho - adding more tone/value and shadows where necessary to refine the shapes better could help it not feel so flat. The tentacles are notibaly the worst for it (especially the right corner from the lobster-shark dude) which makes it quite hard to read and seems like just one big swirly cluster. The couple of tenticles on the upper left are fairly good though in those regards
Although it's well rendered and the shapes very fluid, it feels flat.
