Yeah it's good. But personally i feel it lacks depth, especially in terms of the hair, eyes and mouth being so dark yet the shadows in the skin and clothes stay midtone. The AA to the background could be improved, in my eyes, aswel. Perhaps even choose a lighter background colour? Nice stuff though..

This is pretty awesome. I think you probably could have afforded to use fewer colors, but that doesn't really make it less awesome.
