Such a small pic and short animation yet you've packed a lot of character into it! I like how the hair drags along and the foreshortening of the bent arms is done very well.
I am certainly not an authority on the subject and have a lot to learn myself, but I have been making a few walk animations for my work recently and would like to point out two things if you are looking for C&C:
The foreground bricks are moving slower than her feet, so it looks a little like she is sliding. Also, I understand that the character is a sexy/confident type so she is standing very straight, but maybe she is leaning a little bit too far back. When you walk, you usually shift your center of gravity forward a little and it might help give the animation some weight if she leans forward just a teeny tiny bit more.
Sorry if you weren't looking for C&C; again, I'm no expert so this is just my personal (possibly wrong) opinion. :)

Eii thank you so much! I am definitely all for C&C especially in this regard; walk cycles have always been one of my biggest problem areas so I'll take all the help i can get. I agree with your feedback, thank you so much!
