You have a excelent skill in give form to a object, but I agree you need to add more deep on colors and use the shadding only not to add light and darkness, but shape and form. The bird seems very deformed.

Thank you for the feedback I get some of what you are saying, I will look into some of your comments. 

Its very nice, The main issues with it are lack of consistancy and deapth. everything feels flat and some objects are hard to make out due to lack of consistancy through out their form. I feel like its going in the right direction though. You should consider going back to any old art you have done and editing them using the newer skills youve gained. Not only are you getting more practice in you can see how far youve come. Try lightening up on the dithering as well and picking up some anti aliasing tricks.
