The chest might could use some refinement, but that's a very cute dragon. The color count seems unnecessarily high, but I gotta say you made the gold really glitter with those colors. And I think the distant gold looks better than the gold drawn up-close, both are well done but especially the gold in the back.

This was one of my very first pixelarts I made (this february) and back then going under 100 colours was quite an achievement for me :) and I was not familiar with colour recycling or reduction. I think I might want to revisit this in near future and have a goal of reducing to 32 and fixing all the problems that I’m able to spot as my awareness grows - also thanks to your comment.
