Welcome to PJ! But you have some serious problem with the number of colors (572 unique colors in larger version and 394 in the icon) and a lot of semi-transparent pixels in this image, which is not allowed in pixel graphics. Currently this is not a pixel graphics. Also, don't submit pre-zoomed images, we have build-in zoom functionality on PJ... As is now, it can't be approved in the gallery.

You can check your image color palette under Features/Image Specs Tools. Simply copy/paste your image location in it...

I don't know if it's proper for me to give input, being somewhat new here myself, but the blurring in the bomb and the tranparency around the sparkle particles are likely to keep this from being allowed into the gallery. You may want to clean up the bomb with fewer colors and remove the transparent pixels before submitting.
